I enjoyed doing supersets rather than all exercises in a row!!! Also, any chance you’d do follow alongs with a warmup and cool down tacked in? Or at least a warm up and cool down “option” in the follow along bubble?

Loved the plank jacks! Couldn’t do the kick through things on the floor, hurt the groin area trying to do that. Lol.
