Such a great leg & glute burn that gives a good sweat! My glutes were on fire from those penguins! And I love the reminders on form since I’m 11 weeks pregnant. Helped to keep me in check 😊 Thanks Niki!

I thought I might do another workout after this since it’s only 25 minutes (I like the 40-45 minute range), but I feel like I have a lot during the 25 minutes! Also, the wind didn’t bother me at all! Could you put more longer workout in here!?
