I heard all the horror stories about leaking postpartum and was prepared. However, in the almost seven months since my son was born I’ve have no issues!

Omg your programming is stellar! I’m super picky and your compound exercises, mixed with the tempo you set is a burner for the muscles with low impact cardio! Superb. Btw I’m 4 months pp and feel safe and strong doing your workouts.
