All you need is a mat and your lovely self!

Don't recommend this one after the first trimester/showing in pregnancy and only if you know your deep core and it's functional!

Postpartum please be sure about your core connection and function. Modify where needed. Solid form and core function in a modified version is always better than poor form and function in a full one! It can be 'diastasis safe' if you can create function during the exercises. 

Please be sure to go over the core function playlist if you're in doubt about your core connection!
