The 6-Week Summer Sculpt Plan is designed to help you build lean muscle, burn fat, and sculpt your body in time for summer. This plan combines full-body strength training, targeted muscle workouts, and sprinkles of cardio to boost metabolism and maximize fat loss. With a focus on progressive overload, core strengthening, and body sculpting exercises, you’ll work towards a toned and defined physique.     It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
