It was great, but i'd appreciate some modifications and/or explanations for how exactly to do the exercise because sometimes I can't see exactly what you're doing.

This is my first time using the app and I thought there would be a short example of how to use rhe app efficiently when actually doing the workouts. I had to play around with it a bit. It would be helpful if the 40 sec clock/time clock was also available on the video just like the 20 sec rest is. Other than that I enjoyed the workout. It felt quick but was challenging, and also produced a great sweat. Thank you for putting this workout together!

The workout timer should be automatic so the user doesn’t have to set and change everything manually.
