H.I.I.T workout in a circuit format 💡Each exercise will be performed back to back, meaning NO REST in between exercises, only between rounds ⏸ After each round, you have a 45 second rest. EX. Did the math..... girl that's 500 push-ups 🤔 I did the first 2 rounds standard the third round I did the modified version. The last two rounds I did 10 of everything instead 20 😫 I officially have T rex arms!!! I hope I earn a rest day soon 😂
