Each person will have their own fitness goals, so I am providing an overall fitness program for the following: Weight Loss Build Endurance/Stamina Toned muscles Leaned muscles knowledge on nutrition
What equipment do I need?
You will need little to no equipment. Most circuits will be body weight, but I will have some workouts that will include Kettle bells and resistance bands, which you may go to your local sporting store to purchase or purchase them online, such as Amazon.
