About the program

6 week dumbbell only program that can be done from anywhere! 5 days a week- 2 upper body, 2 lower body and 1 full body/ circuit day. Progressive overload is the name of the game, we are working on gaining strength through muscle memory! At week 4 of the challenge the workouts shift with increased sets and reps! Put your best foot forward and push yourself over the next 6 weeks!

    Growing up I was never the most athletic person in the room. In college I made the choice to buy a gym membership and take my health seriously. Through creators on Instagram and my nursing education I was able to teach myself about the gym, build my own workouts, structure my nutrition and see results!     The top 3 winners will be chosen through a multiple level process but the main 4 points are through the challenge goal or goals you lined out at registration and how close you got to those goals after the 6 weeks, completion of workouts, being an active participant in the app community, and through personal transformation!
