Description: Shoulder workout

- Start by sitting with the barbell or dumbbell at your chest
- Press directly up overhead
- Lower slowly back to starting position

Seated barbell shoulder press

Lateral raise

- Hands shoulder width apart and raise to upper chest level

Upright row

- Perform a fly keeping the bend in your elbow constant
- Keep your back flat on the pad

Decline dumbbell fly

Perform as dumbbell raise in the pattern of-
I- front raise above your head
T- lateral raise straight out to the side
Y- in the middle between I and T
