- Start with feet wide and toes pointed out
- Engage your lats
- Pull the bar up keeping a neutral spine and upper body tight
- Reach full extension with your legs 
- Keeping a flat back lower bar to ground

Sumo deadlift

- Grab the bar with your palms facing forward
- Lean back slightly, keeping your chest up 
- Bring the bar down to your upper chest engaging your lats throughout the exercise
- Pause and return to the initial position

Lat pulldown

- Start facing inward
- With a slight bend in the knees press your hips back and lower your chest towards the ground
- Bring your chest back up by pressing your hips forward back to starting position

Hack squat good morning

- Begin with bar underhand grip in your hands
- Curl bar up towards your shoulders
- Lower down until arms are extended

Cable bicep curls

- Stand tall, abs engaged and upper arms locked at your sides
- Press the bar down until your elbows are straight
- Bend the elbows to return to the starting position

Cable straight bar tricep pushdown

- Raise and lower your upper body engaging your lower back and glutes

Hyperextensions

- Keeping your feet aligned with your knees 
- Push out your legs against the pads 
- Ensure your movement against the resistance is smooth and controlled
