My name is nikkie. I am a navy corpsman full time. I started really getting into fitness after I had my first service related injury and my son. With both of those getting back into shape was really difficult. So I took it upon myself to learn and get certified on how to program workouts and how to properly modify moves for health reason. Now I love helping others on the road back to fitness fall in love with the journey again.
