What can I expect from the headstand, forearm stand, and handstand video? You can expect a thorough, easy to understand breakdown of each of these poses, how to enter the poses, and how to begin to find balance. It’s something you can work on each day to build muscle memory, strength, and endurance in each of these poses.
Can I do this as a beginner? Yes! Headstand is a great way to begin your inversion practice! It teaches you how to properly enter and hold your inversions. When you’re ready to move on, try the more advanced postures!
Will I learn anything new as a more advanced practitioner? YES! Yoga is a practice where you are constantly learning! While you’ve most likely heard these poses broken down before, my explanations are made simple and often touch on aspects of the pose you haven’t thought of before!
