I am a Christian woman with over 15 years of experience in the fitness and health industry, driven by a passion to help women thrive in both their physical and spiritual well-being. My unique approach to fitness integrates daily devotionals with every workout, ensuring that you not only strengthen your body but also nurture your spirit and soul. As holistic beings—body, soul, and spirit—God calls us to care for each part. Our bodies are temples to be stewarded well through what we eat, drink, and how we move. Our souls—our mind, will, and emotions—are where God desires to bring healing and wholeness. And our spirits are where God continuously strengthens us. My approach to fitness honors this wholeness, focusing on helping you thrive in every area of your life. I’ve created effective, at-home workouts designed for toning, fat loss, and building strength. Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
