I am a Christian woman with over 15 years of experience in the fitness and health industry, driven by a passion to help women thrive in both their physical and spiritual well-being. My unique approach to fitness integrates daily devotionals with every workout, ensuring that you not only strengthen your body but also nurture your spirit and soul. It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
