My name is Nickolas Venuti and I am 20 year old Type 1 Diabetic who loves working out and helping others. My main goal is to help others reach there fitness goals even with an auto immune disease like diabetes. I’ve been training since I was 14 years old going from 130 pounds to 185 pounds of lean muscle. I have helped hundreds of people through my social media via TikTok and Instagram during the pandemic. Being a Type 1 Diabetic for 13 years now I’ve built a healthily lifestyle while building a nice a physique.

Goals

My app will help you build muscle, lose fat and learn how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Training Requirements

My workouts can be performed at the gym or at home. It will mostly be gym based but there will be some home workouts to do as well.

Accomplishments

5 years training. When from 130lb to now 185lb of muscle. Helped hundreds of people via TikTok and Instagram throughout the pandemic to stay fit and have healthy lifestyle.
