Good Day Coach Nick, todayโs workout was an absolute killer. Total time 28 mins 25s, total Kcal 341, active Kcal 293.
I am having difficulty going down without resting my knee on the ground for Reverse Lunge twist as it put pressure on my fractured toe and when I try to twist i often get off-balance. Is there an exercise I can substitute it for it?
Plank Hip Dips, Hand walk to push up, crunches are all manageable.
Single Leg Hold was kinda hard as it my quads and hamstrings was really tight on both sides, not sure if I am doing it right.
Mountain climbers I did it slowly and pulled each leg as high to my chest level, alternating between left and right and was going slow.
Overall, extremely fatigued and exhausted for todayโs workout ๐คฃ
