Good Day Coach Nick, hope you are doing well! Today’s workout feels kinda sluggish and felt that I was really low on energy as well as motivation. But still managed to push on for 3 sets of everything. Total time 27 mins 39s, total Kcal 338, active Kcal 292. High knees was alright with no issues, will plan to increase it to 30s in the future. Off set push up was a little tough, but still managed to push through with a few pauses in between without any modifications and knees on ground. Butterfly hip bridges no issues, will work on engaging glutes more. Triangle taps were a little tough and my hips tend to push towards the right or left, depending on which arm is stabilising the body weight. Lateral lunges is tough for me as I can seem to go down 90 degrees on both knees without my quads feeling very tight and knees hurting. Is there any exercises that I can replace it for? Heel taps were fine, but may I check if its the core that I am engaging and how far should my heels be away from my arms, as sometimes my fingers even reach over my ankles. Thank you for today’s arduous workout and making me sweat a hell lot, will continue to work on with baby steps of consistency. Have a great week ahead Coach Nick! Take care and god bless!
