Good Day Coach Nick! Hope you are doing well and enjoying your time in your hometown Nashville! Todayโ€™s workout was alright although I did take several breaks or pauses in the midst of the 3 sets. Total time 27 mins 05s, Total Kcal 326 and Active Kcal 282. Burpes was manageable did a little jump before heading down for push up position. Forward lunges is alright, did it relatively slowly due to not wanting to exert too much force on my toes and my knees did touch the floor. Will aim for knees to not touch the floor as much as possible. High plank shoulder raise was exhausting and I did fee my hips swinging occasionally, will try to lock my hips while I do the exercises in the future. Supine Hip bridge pulse, not sure if I was doing it right because I tried not letting my butt touch the floor and tried squeezing my glutes when going up. Push up pike is alright, but I cant seem to push and stretch back much. Side crunches kicks was quite tough for me, quads and legs definitely felt sore like core. But will aim for not stopping and is there any tips to maintain a good form for that? Thank you for the workout as usual Coach!
