Workout was great. Sadly, after the first workout of the week I started feeling pain on the lower part of my back (probably due to squats). The next day I couldn’t move properly so I decided to skip the workout. Today I’m feeling better, but I’m a bit demotivated because this was the week where I was supposed to give it all…
Guess that’s how it goes and I will do my best to finish the plan for this week 💯
