Enjoyed this workout more. Need tips on how to count my reps on bicycle crunches and not run out of air.
Also don’t know if I’m doing the up and overs correctly. I put a kettle bell in the middle so I had something visual to get over, but didn’t feel a lot of an muscles being worked. What could be the issue?
