Hopefully your body feels pretty good after the first day of the deload — this week is meant to keep a balance of recovery and progress. Be in tune with it “not feeling like enough.” Sometimes….”not enough” is NECESSARY!

Ended up getting sick and had to take a week off. Jumping back in where I left off on the Deload is the perfect way to ease back in!
