What do I need to participate in this program? All you will need is a pair of dumbbells and some free space!
How to schedule the program into a week? I suggest this program for Monday / Wednesday / Friday with some kind of active rest on the days in between. Go for a walk, hike, run, or bike as active rest!
How to get the best outcome of the program? Follow instructions promptly and if you have weight that can be increased, try increasing the weight each week!
