If you’re interested, here’s a little more about me: I’ve been in the fitness industry since I was 17 years old, where I began shadowing personal trainers and fell in love with the profession. Being an athlete throughout my entire life, fitness has always been a passion of mine. Currently, I am co-owner of Ripped Fitness, a boutique fitness studio with locations In Westchester, NY and NYC, where I spend most of my days instructing treadmill-based HIIT classes. I also work with private clients of varied backgrounds, abilities and ages.
