Really loved the class! This helped to break up tension patterns in the rib cage and allowed for deeper breath. As a person who has been operating in fight or flight for many years I’m loving the chillers to move in a loving way and establish a new base line for my nervous system. I have small releases throughout class which is a good sign. Movement along with breath cues really helps bring me back into my body. Thanks again for such great classes❤️
