The goals of the program is to master basic movements that help with full body strengthening! The first month is starting with a push and pull in the horizontal plane combined with lower body strengthening. Accessories for the hip and shoulder included as well as AB work!

Consistent and effort. Making sure you adjust to your level! (For example too easy = add weight, too hard = focus on body weight)
