What are the goals of the program? The goals of the program is to master basic movements that help with full body strengthening! The first month is starting with a push and pull in the horizontal plane combined with lower body strengthening. Accessories for the hip and shoulder included as well as AB work!
How to get the best outcome of the program? Consistent and effort. Making sure you adjust to your level! (For example too easy = add weight, too hard = focus on body weight)
How to schedule the program into a week? Four day routine laid out for you!. For example Monday/Tuesday, rest on Wednesday, then to Thursday/Friday.
What do I need to participate in this program? Minimal equipment: resistance bands and dumbbells
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? Good for the beginner all the way up to the advance... can really scale each exercise within the program to meet you/challenges!
