What do I need to participate in this course? Not much! Just your full attention and the ability to take notes. Watch the 37 videos provided in this course, take notes as you move along and implement the changes to your diet as you learn what is required to reach your goals!
What are the expected outcomes of this course? By the end of this course you should have a solid understanding of proper nutrition education and how to implement it into your daily diet and life. This is by no means a “cookie cutter” diet, however focuses on teaching you how to be flexible with your diet and still make amazing results! You will learn how to make small changes in your diet to reach your fitness goals of weight loss, weight gain (build size & strength) or improve your overall health with more responsible food choices.
How long does the course take to complete? You can finish the nutrition course in a few hours if you go straight through the 37 video series! Each video ranges from 2-7 minutes in duration, however we recommend taking it slow and pacing yourself. Watch one lesson at a time, take notes and implement those changes into your diet. You can finish one lesson a day or one lesson a week if you prefer.
