Hey! I’m Nichelle, founder of ARC MVMT and a certified personal trainer. My journey started in a completely different place... I was overweight, uncomfortable in my own skin, and out of breath just chasing my toddler around. I didn’t feel confident, happy, or like myself. Over time, I learned how to lose the weight, keep it off, and more importantly, rebuild my confidence from the inside out.
