Hey! I’m Nichelle, founder of ARC MVMT and a certified personal trainer. My journey started in a completely different place... I was overweight, uncomfortable in my own skin, and out of breath just chasing my toddler around. I didn’t feel confident, happy, or like myself. Over time, I learned how to lose the weight, keep it off, and more importantly, rebuild my confidence from the inside out. It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
