Hey everyone! So with this core workout we're going to be starting off very slowly. If you've already done core workouts before, I would recommend you do my intermediate core plan, because we'll be starting off super slowly. We're going to start by learning how to breathe properly and how to engage our core in the first workout (so make sure to read the description in the first exercise of the first workout for the instructions), and then we'll slowly progress the difficulty with each workout. If at any time the workout is too hard for you, feel free to shorten your work times or even go back to the previous workout and repeat that one until you feel comfortable going to the next one.
