I didn’t have a way to do the pull ups so I just skipped them. I wasn’t sure what would be a good substitute for them

I wish that there were alternatives exercise options in case we don’t have certain equipment (ie. pull-up bar) ✌🏻

Just did some additional jump rope since I’m so out of shape I can’t even do a flex arm hang instead of a pull up 🙈 what would be a good substitute for someone unable to do the pull up still?
