Could only do 3 rounds of each circuit and the last 2 sets of pushups had to do standing against a wall. Left shoulder had been hurting so didn’t want to push it too far

Had to stick with regular burpees and a 2:00 plank didn’t happen for me. I had to take a break in between minutes

I didn’t have a way to do the pull ups so I just skipped them. I wasn’t sure what would be a good substitute for them
