What equipment do I need? I will list all the equipment you'll need for this program, plus substitutions! You can always get your work in - stay creative!
1) Kettlebells - sub with dumbbells, another type of weight or bodyweight)
2) Bands - sub with cable column if you have access to a gym)
3) Rings - sub with towels looped around a bar. Grip both ends of the towel)
4) Pullup bar and/or barbell - sub with bars at a park or any secure, level railing)
5) Medicine Ball - sub with any other type of ball)
6) Somewhere to do nordics - sub with a partner, or learn how to DIY one in the RX Academy)
