Dead lift

-Pull from the ground
- Slight bend in legs

Pendlay rows

Seated Single arm cable Rows

- movement should start and end at side pocket of pants.

Smith machine single arm row

- If using a bar best contractions occur when keeping hands on top of bar and using a hook grip.

- Exercise is also used well with rope

Lat push down.

- 5 x AMRAP( As many reps as possible)
- Try not to swing to complete reps.
- Keep core tight
- Chin above bar, elbows locked out at the bottom
