- keep elbows in through movement to eliminate shoulder stress.

(Amrap) As many reps as possible.

-pick a weight you can rep for at least 8-12

-keep elbows close to body through movement.

- can be used with a barbell too (preference)
- brief hold at top
of movement

- can be done standing or seated
-lighten up the weight and focus on contraction
