Conventional Deadlift

-Pull from the ground
- Slight bend in legs

Pendlay rows

Heavy Dumbbell bench row

- keep thumbs on backside of bar (hook grip)
- squeeze at bottom of movement 
- control on eccentric (on the way up)

Lat pull down

Seated Single arm cable Rows

- 5 x AMRAP( As many reps as possible)
- Try not to swing to complete reps.
- Keep core tight
- Chin above bar, elbows locked out at the bottom
