What are the goals of this program? The goal for this 8 week Glow Up Challenge is to help you get back on track, build healthy habits, develop a strong mindset and increase your confidence going into Summer!
Weight training and cardio 5 times per week and 2 days of rest!
Fit these into your schedule however fits best, just make sure to get all your lifts in by the end of the week.
What do I need to participate? You need a gym membership that has standard workout equipment if you choose to follow the LFBB GYM Program
You need a set of dumbbells and a booty band if you choose to follow the LFBB HOME Program
BOTH PROGRAMS require a positive attitude and dedication to being 1% better each day.
Perfection is not required, commitment is. Let’s do this ✨
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? The workouts are designed for all levels
Beginners: go slow, use less weight, use longer rest periods, and focus on form
Advanced: increase weight, reps and reduce rest time as you progress
What are the rules of this challenge? #1
Take a BEFORE picture before the challenge begins with a sign that says "GLOW UP with the date and SUBMIT them by April 9 @ 11:59PM EST.
At the end of the challenge, take an AFTER picture with a sign that says "GLOW UP with the date" and submit them by June 4 @ 11:59PM EST
