The exercises were too fast for this kind of pose, not enough warming or sequencing

Awesome! Lots of new ways to stretch the shoulders I haven’t done before. I have two yoga wheels and a kettlebell and now I have more options to use them. And thanks for the reminder about expectations. 😁😁 I’ll be coming back to this class many times.
