The simple goal is to get you moving for at least 10 minutes a day. It can be a total workout, the circuit can be repeated through or it can be a great warm up for whatever else you’re working on.
What do I need to participate in this program?
No equipment! Can be done any time, anywhere.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
The drills are timed and can be modified or amplified. Make each one work for you in your own timing. If you get confused with the drills, repeat them! It’s fun to work your body and mind so some of them might take some brain power but you’ll feel really good getting them down and you won’t be bored!

Although it is short class, it works very well. It warms the whole body and makes it ready for the next practices. If done quickly, it can even count as a short cardio😉🐶. As always namaste Natasha 🙏🏼🌱
