Warm up and a 10 exercise circuit filled with animal inspired mobility drills. These are also good for cardio and strength and that mind- body connection. Highly recommend repeating the circuit twice through!

Very fun! The shrimp squat/pistol squat/lizard to horizon one almost put me in the ground!! I thought this was a really good pace
