Warm up and a 10 exercise circuit filled with animal inspired mobility drills. These are also good for cardio and strength and that mind- body connection. Highly recommend repeating the circuit twice through!

This would have been great but was sooooo fast. I found it very difficult to keep up, and I’m not new to yoga. But, I like the sequence, stretches, and some fun transitions!

Exercises were fun but very hard to keep up with. I think if you actually narrate while you are practicing the timing will be much smoother.
