I’m a beginner and this was more intermediate so I just did the kettlebell“warm up” twice instead of the harder things. I enjoyed learning new moves! Very good instructor, thanks!

Another fantastic kettle bell class!! I definitely had to pause the video a few times to practice the sequence first but overall was able to follow along. So fun!! 😅

I found the lunge sequences kind of confusing but I’ll try the class a few more times. Time stamp says 45 min but it is 35? Overall really great class as always, thank you!
