We practice the moves and then string them together (about 15+ kettlebell) exercises into one big flow.
A single dumbbell can work too but I highly recommend getting a kettlebell if you don’t have one!

This is sooooo fun! I love learning skills while working out! I am having trouble pausing and rewinding with this workout for some reason - I want to do the flow a few times!
