This 6-week training block is designed for advanced female lifters aiming to increase strength through progressive overload while maintaining excellent technique. The structure includes 3 lower-body days and 2 upper-body days, with core work added as the final component of each workout. Tempo is 3 second lowering for all moves unless stated otherwise. Goal is to increase weight or rep every week or second week. Ensure you are recording your reps and weights in the app. Don’t move to next phase until you have completed this 6 week phase, to ensure you get the progressive overload muscle building benefits.
