Unlike some personal trainers, Natalie puts a lot of focus on proper form. As a physical therapist I really appreciate this

So many of my questions on form were answered in this class. It’s nice to be able to refer to this class because I forget how to do proper form and it’s nice to be able to follow along! It makes it easy to review the proper form whenever I forget!
