Fitness Trainer

Hey there! My name is Natalie Beck and I am the owner of Fit Peaches. I offer online programs and workouts to badass moms and ladies who want to level up their fitness but are short on time. All my workouts are only thirty minutes or less and I target the entire body with compound movements. I design my classes so they are metabolic and will keep you burning calories long after the workout has ended. My mission is to create strong women who want to feel badass confident in everything they do and I believe it all starts with a strong body. My motto is stop thinking about getting smaller, but instead think about becoming stronger, because that’s when you’ll really see your body transform. I want women to realize they do not have to spend hours at the gym to see a strong body looking back at them from their mirror. Instead, it can be done in only thirty minutes a few times a week when using the right type of program. Be ready to see an amazing collections of full body HIIT workouts that build strength, endurance, and lean muscle, as well as programs that will transform your strength and body in as little as 4 weeks. Goals
My Fit Peaches program will build an amazingly strong and toned body. All my workouts are thirty minutes and are created to be metabolic so you will continue to burn calories hours after the workout has ended. Instead of working on body parts splits, you’ll learn how to workout smarter not harder by using compound movements that will target the entire body in one thirty minute workout. 💪
Training Requirements
All my workouts can be done at home with minimal equipment. Most of my workouts require only a few sets of dumbbells. Some of my workouts utilize a barbell and loop bands for glute work.
Accomplishments
I have taught fitness as an instructor for over eight years. Prior to opening up my online fitness business, I was the owner of a spin studio for four years and also taught group fitness classes at Gold’s Gym. I hold specialized certifications in Indoor Cycling, Barre, Tabata, and most recently Pumped Up Strength. I am currently in the process of finishing my pre/post natal certification.
