My name is Natalie Beck and I am the owner of Fit Peaches. I offer online programs and workouts to badass moms and ladies who want to level up their fitness but are short on time.
All my workouts are only thirty minutes or less and I target the entire body with compound movements.
I design my classes so they are metabolic and will keep you burning calories long after the workout has ended.
My mission is to create strong women who want to feel badass confident in everything they do and I believe it all starts with a strong body.
My motto is stop thinking about getting smaller, but instead think about becoming stronger, because that’s when you’ll really see your body transform.
I want women to realize they do not have to spend hours at the gym to see a strong body looking back at them from their mirror.
Instead, it can be done in only thirty minutes a few times a week when using the right type of program.
