Hi and welcome to my page. My name is Natalie Bally and I am a Gymshark Athlete, and an ACE Certified personal trainer. I graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Health Sciences and Human Nutrition. I love to share my workouts, meals, mindfulness habits, and how I maintain a healthy lifestyle with the world to encourage other women to lead happier & healthier lives. I don’t believe in fad diets or running on the treadmills for hours on end to achieve the body you want… But I do believe in lifting heavy and eating all the healthy and nutritious foods to reach your goals. Let’s train smarter and harder together!!
Goals
I combined two of my passions to create an app to help you tackle both your physical and mental goals. It is my goal to help you see that neither of these things need to be overcomplicated in order to see legitimate results. I have found, through much trial and error, that High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) circuits are a fun way to get your cardio in, while still challenging yourself mentally and physically.
Training Requirements
I have created both "at home" and "in gym" programs. Choose one based on what you have available at this time.

I am an ACE certified personal trainer, Ohio State graduate with degrees in Health Sciences and Human Nutrition, and I am a Gymshark athlete + content creator!
