I'm a beginner, is your app for me? No matter where you are in your fitness journey, I am here to support and hold space for you. Workouts and programs posted in my app are for any level of fitness (if you have been given the go ahead by a medical professional).
I will walk you through all the exercises with easy-to-follow videos and some simple written instructions. You can take your practice real slow to get a feel for it, and as you start getting stronger you can add more -
always checking in with how your body feels while exercising.

It all depends on the practice!
Most of my practices just need a Yoga mat/towel.
For the roll-outs you will need one/two tennis balls and for the rest, you can improvise. In the place of dumbbells/barbells/kettlebells you can use a backpack filled with tinned food or books, or plastic bottles filled with sand or water. We do our best to make these movement practices work for you without having to buy stuff.
