What’s up guys! My name is myles. I’m only 20 and I’m from west melbourne, FL. I’m a Instagram fitness influencer / YouTuber that has been in the fitness game for almost 4 years now. I have gained my knowledge over the years through countless hours of studying, personal research, YouTube videos, and experience in the gym. I started out this journey all because I didn’t make my high school basketball team and wanted to improve myself. The next day I bought a bench set for my garage and I started doing athletic workouts and training 10x harder. Later on, I fell in love with just the idea of lifting and getting bigger and stronger and now i’m here today. Now My job is to bring you the same knowledge iv’e been taught over the years.
