What’s good everyone! Welcome to my personal 6 day workout split. This is my new split I am doing during my cut to help me put on muscle, strength, and also cut down as well. This is tailored to to more of my needs in terms of bringing up my weak points but overall this workout split will bring you great progress and get you a well balanced physique as well! I hope you guys enjoy and let me know how you like it. ( If you want to make it more of a challenge to also help out cutting, I run 2-4 miles everyday as well )

What’s up guys! My name is myles. I’m only 20 and I’m from west melbourne, FL. I’m a Instagram fitness influencer / YouTuber that has been in the fitness game for almost 4 years now.
